This is vantage south apartment in Rhodes, it is a brand new
apartment been built by the company ‘Meriton’. It’s an apartment very close to
Rhodes shopping Centre, train station and the river. I just moved in for few
weeks, but found the place very nice and comfortable to live at.
For 50 years, Meriton has been proudly developing, marketing
and selling luxury apartments. Their services include: residential lasing,
property finance, and property management, building management, strata
management and dedicated maintenance teams. Meriton has the most successful
residential developer, sold and leased over 60,000 apartments across Sydney,
Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The Meriton we know it today faced lots of difficulties when
it was a still unnamed company in 1968. The company was facing difficulties of
selling two bedroom apartments for $9750. And in 1969 the company faced its
largest development to date, 18 apartments in Meriton st, Gladesville.
